Keeping the Lines of Communication Open Year-Round

It’s the middle of the month and your invoice or statement won’t be mailed out until the end of the month. Does that mean you can’t still be in touch with your customers and members? Of course not. In fact, that’s exactly when you want to stay in front of them to help connect and solidify your relationship and also create further business opportunities.

Consider developing an enticing arsenal of promotional materials that launch from triggered events to capture your customer’s eye, pique their interest and open the door of opportunity. Whether it’s through calendar-driven events like Valentine’s Day, 4th of July or Back to School you can develop month-to-month campaigns designed to subtly stay in touch with your customer through engaging communications. These provide additional buying opportunities and/or take advantage of seasonal “good-will” moments, end-of-year promotions and other incentives to have positive communication.

In addition to these calendar-driven triggers, you can also offer tailor specific promotion and incentive campaigns to help you reach your customers and your goals.
