This has been an exciting week at OSG. We rang in the New Year and, after months of writing, designing, reviewing and revising, we launched the company’s redesigned website. The URL remains www.osgbilling.com but that’s about all that is the same.
According to Shannon Seastead, OSG Vice President of Marketing and Communications, “One of our main goals was to build a user-friendly site that was informative yet easy to navigate. The new site’s homepage welcomes visitors with a clean uncluttered design that complements the branding we introduced last year. We also feature content focused on products and services that help our clients succeed.
“Another equally important goal was to create a website that offers visitors to our site a real sense of who OSG is, what our priorities are and what our capabilities are. We developed a new tagline that really epitomizes us as a company. When you partner with OSG, you’ll discover that it is ‘A Partnership That Delivers.”
And it’s not just externally that you’ll find that partnership. Changes and additions to the website were determined by many different people within the organization working together to accurately describe who OSG is and what we can do for our customers.
One of the new features of the website is a search button at the top of every page which will allow visitors to easily search for specific content within the site. Recognizing that so many of our customers are on the go, we’ve designed the website from the ground up with a responsive design to look and load the same way regardless of whether visitors are using a laptop, tablet or smartphone.
